The delivery :

Your order is processed during the day and shipped the next day at the latest (except Sunday). You will receive your tea in a package, which you can track using the tracking number that will be communicated to you at the time of shipment.

• For France: 2 to 4 days (working) depending on the order.
• For abroad: varies according to the country, one week to 10 days for the euro zone (do not hesitate to contact us to know the exact deadlines)
• Shipping costs are free from 50€ of purchases in metropolitan France.

• The delivery is invoiced 4€ for metropolitan France
• Delivery is charged €10 for the Euro zone

Payment:

During your purchase, your information is encrypted your data is protected thanks to the DSP2 standard and strong authentication.

Strong authentication is requested from your bank (for French banks) for purchases on our website. You will need to confirm your purchase with the code you will receive by text message.

We accept payment by credit card , PayPal and ApplePay , for payment by check or bank transfer, please contact us directly.
